cancellation policy

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 7 full days before the listing’s local check-in time. Any third party service fee will not be refunded unless the guest cancels within the free cancellation period for their reservation.

No refunds will be given for cancellations less 7 days in advance.

Refunds will be issued via the method the original payment was made. Please allow 48-72 for processing.
